TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Rates
- Villa rental rates are quoted in US Dollar.
- Check-in time is after 2:00 PM, with check-out by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible at extra cost, depending on availability.
- If either X-mas or New Year is booked, a 7-night minimum stay is required (‘Peak Season'). Rates include the cost of electricity, water, cleaning and gardening supplies, supplies of toiletries and applicable taxes & service charge.
- Rates do not include gratuities for staff.
Reservation & Payments
- 50% of the total rental deposit must be received by the villa for confirmation of your reservation. When your deposit reaches our bank account then your reservation will be confirmed.
- Balance payment must be made 60 days prior to your arrival (or together with the Reservation Form if booked less than 60 days in advance of arrival) by bank transfer. Failure to receive the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.
- All deposits and final payments are non refundable, unless agreed upon by the villa owner on special case by case basis.
- We have minimum stay requirement at Villa Anggrek of 3 nights for low season, 5 nights for high season and 7 nights for peak season.
- Low Season: 11th January – 30 th june and 16th September - 19th December except easter week and Chinese new year
- High Season: 1st July -31th july and 1st September-15th september, Easter Week, and Chinese New Year
- Peak Season: 1st – 31 august and 20th December - 10th January
Cancellation policy
- Any cancellation received within 14 days (for low season) and 21 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night charge.
- Any cancellation received within 7 days (for low season) and 14 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the entire reservation charge.
- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, no show and early check out are subject to 100% of the entire reservation charge.
Insurance
Whenever the guests plan for traveling to Bali and stay at Villa Anggrek, checking the health insurance is something essential to do. The guests have to ensure that they have got covered by the insurance. Taking an inclusive insurance is highly recommended since it will be able to protect the guests whenever they get the illness, injury, death, the luggage and personal items loss, cancellation, as well as the other incidents that may occur during their vacation in Bali.
Responsibility
Villa Anggrek is not legally responsible for the clients who have any injury, illness, loss, damage, extra cost, or any inconvenience caused and will not be either responsible for any loss and damage to private belongings, vehicles, and whatever the items inside the vehicles during their vacation and their stays at the villa. All the clients will be responsible for all of conditions above, and therefore the clients must be aware with whatever they bring.
Damage and Losses
When the guests are leaving Villa Anggrek, they must leave anything in a clean condition as well as fine circumstances. If the damage or loss occur during the stay, then the guests must be responsible for any consequences caused. The villa owner has the right to reclaim the property if the guests or one of the guests’ parties make any extreme damage or annoyance or involve within certain activities which against the law.
